A Dream Wedding was honored to plan the perfect wedding day for Amanda and Jon at Makena Cove on Maui. Amanda started her dreamy day by getting ready with her bridesmaids. Her hair was pinned back in an elegant updo with a side swept bang. No hairstyle is complete without a few small white flowers. Amanda wore a gorgeous white lace dress with an illusion bodice and open back. The train was covered in lace and sequins to add extra flare. Her wedding shoes were exquisite as they were a royal blue high heel. Her bouquet consisted of peach and white florals and greenery. Her bridesmaids wore blush toned sweetheart neckline dresses. One even had lace detailing on the back. Their bouquets were miniatures of Amanda’s.
Jon wore a royal blue tuxedo, white dress shirt with blue buttons, and completed with a peach and white boutonniere. His groomsmen had simpler outfits as they only wore white dress shirts, blue pants, and brown shoes. Another groomsman even wore his Air Force uniform, and he was lucky enough to walk Amanda down the aisle.
It was time for the second best part of a wedding ceremony, the vow reading. Jon went first. As he started to read his vows to his best friend, he started to tear up. Of course, they were tears of pure joy as he realizes he gets to spend the rest of his life with his favorite person. While Amanda read her vows, she teared up as well. The eyes tell all, and their connection and commitment to each other is real and true. As the beautifully written vows were shared, they placed their rings on the other’s hand. Now for the best part, their bond is sealed with a loving kiss. A very intimate celebration it was.
After the ceremony, memories were captured with the wedding party on the sandy beach. What better way to celebrate a marriage than with a photo of their children shying away as their parents share a kiss. Chris from @PhotoHawaii_Inc did a beautiful job as the photographs will have you starstruck. The newly wedded couple stood out against the island as they were radiating happiness and love.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Fiegel!
